Role summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Officer – Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. This role is instrumental in improving reporting efficiency, delivering actionable insights, supporting business planning cycles, and fostering a data-driven culture. You will work closely with key stakeholders across departments to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly management reports
- Ensure accurate and timely management reporting with defined SLA targets
- Support in delivering relevant insights on revenue, demand, costs, and campaign performance to optimize ROI
- Support month-end closing reports within Group deadline in collaboration with other Finance stakeholders
- Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting cycles under guidance from senior team members while adhering to Group timelines
- Help collect, consolidate, and review data inputs from various business units for budgeting purposes
- Build strong relationships through consistent engagement and high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support new financial policy simulations
- Participate in the automation, standardization, and improvement of recurring reports
- Help maintain and update data models and dashboards
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
- Participate in training programs, particularly in data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Develop foundational understanding of business performance metrics and financial concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Progress toward SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or CFA or similar is a plus
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, reporting, or a similar analytical role
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and lookups
- Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools is a plus
- Solid foundation in accounting principles
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Analytical thinking with a curiosity for understanding data
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team objectives
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience
0–2 years of experience in finance, reporting, or a similar analytical role
