Role summary
Receive, store, pick, and issue spare parts and accessories in CEER parts warehouse, maintaining accurate stock records and safe, organized storage environment to support timely parts availability for aftersales operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and delivery notes, report discrepancies or damage to Parts Operations Assistant Manager
- Bin and store parts in designated warehouse locations following CEER Warehouse and storage standard operating procedures
- Label and tag stock items using standard identification methods to ensure traceability
- Pick parts against sales orders, repair orders, and internal requisitions accurately and within service-level timeframes
- Pack and prepare parts for dispatch to service centers, dealers, or customers per CEER packaging standards
- Issue parts to counter and service sales teams and obtain proper sign-off and documentation for each transaction
- Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes, reconciling system records against physical stock
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies to Parts Operations Assistant Manager
- Flag slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock items for review
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in line with health, safety and environment procedures
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to housekeeping standards
- Support periodic warehouse audits and compliance checks
- Record all stock movements in SAP and warehouse management system accurately and on time
- Maintain documentation for goods receipt notes, delivery notes, and stock adjustment forms
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock keeping, or parts logistics
- Experience within automotive dealer or original equipment manufacturer parts environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management system and enterprise resource planning systems, SAP is a plus
- Familiarity with material handling equipment
Education
High school diploma or vocational and technical certificate; diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock keeping, or parts logistics
Skills
- Operate material handling equipment and forklifts safely where certified
- Use warehouse management system and enterprise resource planning systems especially SAP
- Maintain stock accuracy and documentation
- Comply with health, safety and environment procedures
