Role summary
This role is responsible for fitting and verifying authorized electrical and mechanical accessories. In addition to performing diagnostic, servicing, routine maintenance, and repair services under direct supervision. This position contributes to customer satisfaction by helping ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CEER's standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, test and configure genuine and approved accessories prior to vehicle delivery and post-sale
- Diagnose and rectify faults related to installed accessories ensuring seamless integration with vehicle systems
- Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Execute mechanical repairs including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, and tire services
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake, tire and suspension servicing and warranty-related repairs
- Operate specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results and recommend repairs
- Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks with proper documentation
- Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify accuracy and functionality
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude addressing customer concerns
- Collaborate closely with Parts Department to ensure component availability and timely ordering
- Stay updated with latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment guidelines
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives
- Ensure safety compliance by following all protocols and maintaining clean work area
Requirements
- Utilize industry standard diagnostic tools and software for vehicle systems
- Ensure no impact on warranty or safety compliance when installing accessories
- Follow OEM guidelines for accessory installation and integration
- Follow all safety protocols including PPE usage and company regulations
- Maintain organized work area with proper tool and equipment handling
Education
Technical High School or High School
Experience
0-2 years in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs or any relevant field
