Role summary
Responsible for establishing and leading the Commercial Project Management Office to drive execution excellence, strategic alignment, governance, and performance management across the Commercial function. Ensures effective planning, prioritization, monitoring, and delivery of commercial initiatives while providing leadership with actionable insights on project progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic commercial initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of objectives, milestones, and outcomes
- Provide strategic execution insights and recommendations to Commercial and Strategy & Planning Divisions to support translation of commercial strategy into actionable programs
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, performance management processes, and execution disciplines that enable effective tracking, accountability, and risk management
- Provide leadership with actionable insights, performance dashboards, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations regarding initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Manage and oversee the Commercial strategic portfolio, evaluating and recommending initiative prioritization based on strategic objectives and business value
- Monitor and assess execution of the Commercial strategic roadmap, tracking key milestones, interdependencies, and benefits realization
- Provide cross-functional visibility and coordination across commercial departments, ensuring alignment of initiatives and timely resolution of execution challenges
- Generate data-driven insights and performance analyses for Commercial and Strategy & Planning Divisions, identifying emerging risks, opportunities, and trends
- Drive continuous enhancement of strategy execution and PMO capabilities through implementation of best practices, performance metrics, and standardized methodologies
- Foster a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and performance management, ensuring strategic commitments are translated into measurable actions
- Support and monitor execution of the organization's go-to-market strategy, providing leadership with regular assessments of progress and achievement of business outcomes
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 8 years, with 3 years in a managerial role
