Role summary
The role supports the successful delivery of IT projects by driving alignment across stakeholders through effective coordination of day-to-day project activities, ensuring clear, actionable requirements are ready for development. The role will also contribute to testing cycles and handle basic IT system tasks to ensure seamless execution and readiness of project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects comply with PMO frameworks and maintain complete documentation, including workshop recordings and project artifacts
- Perform IT related project risk assessments, monitor ongoing risks and issues, and document mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to IT Cybersecurity standards, policies, and requirements, and participate in IT Change Management processes
- Support Agile delivery through user story creation, daily stand-up participation, and preparation of project status reports for management review
- Lead and document project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Create project documentation including business processes, workflow diagrams, and related materials and conduct testing activities during Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT phases
- Own projects initiatives from initiation to closure by defining projects' scope, timelines, coordinate resources, and manage day-to-day execution
- Perform routine IT system tasks that support projects execution, such as managing user access requests, verifying system configurations and data review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years or more in IT Project Management or PMO related roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
- Solid foundation in enterprise IT environments, including ability to interpret system behaviors and troubleshoot issues at functional level
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online and Azure DevOps
- Excellent coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with governance structures including RACI matrices, risk management procedures, and change control processes
- Strong presentation and reporting abilities
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years or more in IT Project Management or PMO related roles
