Role summary
Ensure that personal approvals and licenses are valid and applicable to aircraft types and powerplant systems and components. Perform aircraft airframe maintenance in accordance with Airbus standard practices, including inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and component replacement using approved technical data. Perform maintenance on aircraft engines and related powerplant systems following Airbus standard practices, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure personal approvals and licenses are valid for aircraft types and powerplant systems
- Perform aircraft airframe maintenance per Airbus standard practices
- Conduct aircraft inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Replace components using approved technical data
- Perform maintenance on aircraft engines and powerplant systems
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements
- Execute all maintenance tasks accurately, safely, and per approved data
- Use only approved methods, tooling, procedures, and materials
- Complete and certify work orders and inspection schedules
- Sign off maintenance tasks within scope of authorization
- Verify task cards and documents are completed to required standard
- Handle off-aircraft tasks per company procedures
- Update AMOS and related documentation
- Perform component changes for troubleshooting as directed
- Ensure proper tooling and equipment are drawn from stores
- Return all tools and equipment in good condition after work
- Use only approved materials and parts with proper documentation
- Assist in AOG recovery operations anywhere within operations
- Ensure safety in assigned maintenance tasks and precautions
Requirements
- Valid GACA A & P/FAA or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance License
- A320 type rating with CFM56/LEAP 1A engine run qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in Line/Base aircraft Maintenance on A320
- Detailed knowledge of GACAR Chapter C Aircraft regulations
- Detailed knowledge of EASA Part CAMO, Part 145, Part 21
- Detailed knowledge of FAA FAR Part 43 and Part 91
- Expert in Airbus technical manuals: TSM, AMM, IPC, MEL, CDL

Minimum 4 years in Line/Base aircraft Maintenance environment on A320
