The Graduate Development Program – Tamheer at flyadeal provides fresh Saudi graduates with structured on-the-job training across various departments. Successful candidates will be assigned to departments based on their academic background and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training within assigned department
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Assist in projects, reporting, analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop technical and professional competencies
- Adhere to company policies and performance standards
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor's degree or higher
- Not currently employed in public or private sector
- No more than one year of full-time employment registered in GOSI
- Registered and eligible under HRDF (Taqat) Tamheer program
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
