Role summary
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, system integration, innovation solutions and providing developer-level analysis and design.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications supporting business units or supporting functions
- Provide .NET developer-level analysis, design, and hands-on development skills
- Demonstrate records of developing successful applications that are highly integrated and reliable
- Identify threat modelling concepts and implement them
- Mentor junior developers and lead in correcting code defects
- Develop and deliver software requirements to accomplish business goals
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Identify and establish patterns and best practices for building excellent custom web experiences using latest technologies like .NET and Core
- Integrate applications with external systems using RESTful API
- Create innovative solutions that make a difference to customers and clients
- Develop, produce, and iterate wireframes, user flows, information architecture diagrams, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Data Management Standards and enterprise security requirements
- Maintain technical aspects through troubleshooting and contribute to architectural decisions including writing test code and leading projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Angular2, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda functions and Elastic Beanstalk
- Experience conducting A/B testing, usability studies, and performance tuning to code
- Experience with ORM, especially Entity Framework, and Agile teams
- Knowledge of Microservices for enterprise custom needs and ability to work with Domain-Driven Design and REST API
- Solid understanding of MVC.NET CORE, Angular 2, Web API, and Microsoft technologies
- Proficiency in SQL Server or PostgreSQL for creating queries, views, and stored procedures
- Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps services on the cloud
- Deep knowledge of design patterns, architecture, and testing practices
- Programming language, communication platforms, cloud architecture, software development, and Microsoft technologies
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years with required technologies; minimum 3 years with AWS cloud services
