Role summary
Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, delivering world-class program management services across Saudi Arabia. The company plays a key role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030 through giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure and mixed-use developments within a high-impact program environment. As Construction Manager (Infrastructure), you will help drive successful construction delivery by working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on execution, coordination, and project performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project delivery schedules
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution
- Track progress, budgets, and risks and report updates to the Project Director
- Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of construction management experience, including work on large-scale residential infrastructure, mixed-use developments, roads and utilities, or broader community infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance across construction delivery
- Solid understanding of HSE compliance, contractor performance management, and progress reporting to the Project Director
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
