Role summary
Provide senior commercial leadership across a broad contract portfolio, helping to shape how major programs are governed, negotiated, and managed. The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, working across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios
- Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programs
- Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholders
- Drive cost control, change management, and value optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or related discipline
- 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs
- Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance
- Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level
Requirements
- Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract forms
- Knowledge of government procurement frameworks
- Experience with major EPC-style contract administration
Education
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or related discipline
