Role summary
Jasara PMC is a program management company focused on delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030. As Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and contractual integrity of major infrastructure delivery. This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who can work across multiple stakeholders, provide clear contractual guidance, and help protect project outcomes through disciplined contract management.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects
- Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements
- Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters
- Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects
- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams
- Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts
- Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes
Education
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects
