Role summary
JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Manager to join the team. You will oversee commercial aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery while adhering to project budgets and timelines. You will lead contract negotiation, financial analysis, and risk management activities, while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your expertise will drive profitability and strategic growth within the organization. As a key team member, you will collaborate across departments to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable regulations
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance
- Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors
