Role summary
Provide high-level support to the Executive Director in a fast-paced infrastructure project environment, serving as a key coordination point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Director in a dynamic infrastructure project environment
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules efficiently
- Arrange travel and related logistics
- Prepare meetings, organize materials, and record accurate meeting minutes
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or similar field
- 3-5 years of experience supporting an Executive Director in infrastructure project environment
- Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Proven ability to support and interact with Executive Director, senior leadership, project teams, and external partners and clients
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with meeting coordination tools
- Experience handling confidential documents and information with high level of discretion
- Strong English proficiency
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or similar field
