Role summary
JASARA PMC delivers high-profile infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, supporting Vision 2030 through multidisciplinary project management and delivery expertise. Working at the intersection of engineering, commercial oversight, and project delivery, the team helps bring complex civil engineering programs from planning through execution with strong governance and contractual discipline. As Engineer to Contract, you will play a central role in protecting project outcomes through rigorous contract administration and informed commercial judgment. This role is suited to someone who can navigate large-scale infrastructure environments, work confidently across stakeholders, and bring a clear understanding of how contract strategy supports successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review contract terms, variations, claims, and compliance under FIDIC frameworks.
- Partner with project management teams on contract administration matters across the project lifecycle.
- Interface with clients on contractual issues and related commercial discussions.
Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in contract engineering or contract administration.
- 5+ years of experience in the Middle East.
- Strong background in contract administration with project management exposure.
- Experience administering contracts under FIDIC frameworks.
- Experience interfacing with clients on contract-related matters.
Requirements
- Experience administering contracts in the SAR 5 billion+ range is a plus.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field
