Role summary
JASARA PMC is seeking an Associate Director to lead and oversee high-profile property development projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects aligned with organizational goals
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project objectives
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for seamless project integration
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project management teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years progressive experience in property project management
- Significant exposure to large-scale developments
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex property projects within budget and schedule
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and manage diverse teams
- Experience in Saudi Arabian market or broader Middle East region advantageous
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 highly desirable
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
