Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Measure quantities and compile detailed Bills of Quantities for estimations
- Monitor ongoing project costs against approved budget
- Prepare final account and reconcile all project costs at completion
- Assess contractor claims and certify interim progress payments
