Role summary
Responsible for ensuring electrical assets are reliable and available to keep Process Units in operation. Lead, supervise and coordinate maintenance technician team activities with focus on preventive maintenance plan compliance and efficient breakdown maintenance development on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within area of influence, applying best safe maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and coordinate maintenance technician team activities
- Focus on preventive maintenance plan compliance
- Develop efficient breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Apply best safe maintenance practices
- Coordinate with area supervisor execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plans
- Monitor and submit progress reports to Area Maintenance supervisor regularly
- Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of electrical systems
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out per standards and specifications
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures, manufacturer recommendations and contract terms
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- High school with extensive experience
Education
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or High school with extensive experience
Experience
8 to 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery industry maintenance
Skills
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas / Refinery facilities
