Role summary
Lead, supervise and coordinate daily instrument maintenance activities developed by technicians on all instrument systems, plant equipment and facilities within designated responsibility areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and coordinate day-to-day instrument maintenance activities developed by technicians across all systems and facilities
- Serve as focal point for daily instrument maintenance execution planning
- Ensure technicians comply with and apply SATORP safety and quality procedures during maintenance
- Conduct frequent site visits to verify proper work execution and monitor technician activities
- Lead and manage technicians assigned to area of responsibility
- Receive work directions from instrument foreman on maintenance orders and translate into actions
- Follow up on maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports with recommendations
- Keep daily maintenance records against planned programs and prepare completion reports
- Work closely with foreman recommending and implementing changes to improve asset availability and reliability
- Assist in implementing engineering modifications to equipment by recommending improvements
- Enforce SATORP policies, procedures and regulations during onsite maintenance work
- Ensure personnel have skills, training, resources, equipment and tools for safe effective maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience in oil and gas maintenance with high school qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in oil and gas maintenance with diploma qualification
- Hold valid certification from recognized third-party body or accredited Saudi institute
- Strong technical understanding of oil and gas facilities maintenance management
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills in large organizations
- Sound judgment under pressure with problem-solving ability
- Strategic management skills
- Ability to achieve business results in multicultural environments
- Flexibility to travel internationally and reside in KSA
Requirements

- Strong knowledge maintaining and repairing mechanical and electromechanical systems
- Strong knowledge preventive and predictive maintenance principles and procedures
