Responsibilities
- Source CVs
- Identify open positions in coordination with department managers
- Create requisitions
- Screen CVs according to job description requirements
- Arrange interviews with candidates
- Issue offers and verify documents
- Track complete recruitment projects by department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience
