Role summary
Lead the development and deployment of Lucid AMP2 Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 requirements and automotive best practices. Work closely with cross-functional team members to build and improve the Quality Management System. Collaborate with homologation to collect, review, communicate and track deployment of regulatory requirements ensuring proper implementation within manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement Quality Management System [QMS] following ISO 9001 requirements and Lucid Production System.
- Ensure involvement and cascading of QMS at plant level involving all concerned and interested parties.
- Administer the Qualtrics system to ensure full documents control loop.
- Edit, review and publish QMS relevant controlled documents in coordination with cross-functional leaders.
- Maintain QMS system updated as per change management process and continuous improvement approach.
- Conduct training and coaching of all team members about QMS to enhance quality mindset.
- Support quality management reviews and track improvement opportunities.
- Ensure full interface with third party certification bodies.
- Plan and execute ISO 9001 initial certification audit and follow-up certification cycle audits.
- Develop internal and external audits planning and ensure smooth execution.
- Establish and track implementation of actions plan for internal and external audits.
- Ensure Lucid AMP2 internal lead auditor role.
- Establish list of internal auditors and ensure their training, qualification and coaching.
- Establish layered process audits planning and ensure its execution.
- Develop and track QMS dashboard and monitor its performance.
- Consolidate QMS processes performance and improvement opportunities.
- Plan, prepare and ensure execution of conformity of production audit.
- Track homologation status.
- Establish training plan for quality team and track its execution.
- Collect, review, communicate and track deployment of regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with homologation team to ensure conformity of vehicles and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct GRC conformity audits on processes and products and track corrective and preventive actions.
- Deploy conformity of production requirements and lead certification audit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality or manufacturing.
- Five or more years of experience in manufacturing organizations.
- ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor qualification.
- Experience implementing, facilitating, or participating in ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949.
- Experience with conformity of production audit.

Education
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality or manufacturing; master's degree preferred.
Experience
5 or more years of experience in manufacturing organizations.
