Role summary
Execute small-scale maintenance and modification projects within landside areas, ensuring timely completion, compliance with safety and legal requirements, and minimal disruption to public areas and landside facilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders during budget approval and ensure necessary resources for landside projects
- Oversee daily execution of landside projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and security standards through regular site inspections
- Coordinate with internal departments including terminal management and parking services for timeline alignment
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality work and compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate project technical submittals with engineering team and issue necessary work permits
- Review and approve contractor invoices aligned with deliverables and payment terms
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or costs with documented mitigation strategies
- Apply Dammam airports change management procedures for variation orders with stakeholder approvals
- Maintain accurate project documentation including safety reports, quality records, and progress updates
- Provide regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management ensuring execution transparency
- Ensure proper archiving of all project records in Dammam airports database with final reports
- Ensure project closeout activities including submission of warranties and performance bonds
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover processes for full operational readiness
- Lead project teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for collaboration
- Foster collaborative work environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle for requirement fulfillment
- Develop communication strategies to inform stakeholders about progress and resolve issues
- Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations to avoid landside operations disruptions
- Identify and mitigate project risks maintaining project timelines and quality standards
- Monitor and manage risks throughout project lifecycle minimizing impact on landside operations
- Work closely with team members promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning enhancement
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends improving project management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
