Role summary
Qiddiya seeks an Investment Management professional to join the team in a pivotal role evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, originate deals, and structure financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, originate, and manage real estate investment opportunities
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities
- Originate deals and structure financial transactions
- Apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A
- Build robust investment framework and manage financial performance of real estate investments
- Conduct market research and perform rigorous financial due diligence
- Create sophisticated financial models to assess profitability and risks
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms
Qualifications
- Strong background in investment management and financial modelling
- Experience in corporate finance, M&A, real estate, and private equity
- Experience from boutique investment banks or large real estate funds
- Prior exposure to GCC region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance
- Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in GCC region
- Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Arabic preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience
Seven or more years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory, preferably in real estate or private equity
