We seek an experienced and analytical professional for the position of Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis. You will contribute to our financial strategy by supporting planning processes and delivering actionable insights that guide company decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial targets with overall organizational strategic goals
- Perform detailed variance analysis to evaluate monthly and quarterly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and improvement areas
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards providing clarity on financial performance to support decision-making
- Collaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans supporting business operations and strategic priorities
- Assist in developing financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long-term financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and practices to enhance Qiddiya's financial strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar field, ideally within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
