Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company is a Saudi investment and development company shaping large-scale entertainment, sports, culture, and mixed-use destinations. As Director - Development, you will play a central role in guiding complex real estate projects from strategy through delivery. This role is suited to a leader who can balance commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while helping drive large-scale destination developments forward in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phases
- Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives
- Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field
- 12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects
- Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships
- Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
- Professional proficiency in English
Education
Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field
Experience
12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects
