Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced and strategic leader to join as Director Finance & Asset Performance for Film Studios. This role oversees financial management and asset performance of film studio facilities, ensuring optimal utilization and financial sustainability. You will drive financial strategies for film studios, manage budgets, forecasts, and analyze asset performance metrics. Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to maximize efficiency, profitability, and long-term value of film studio assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for film studio assets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and financial returns
- Develop and implement financial models and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize asset management and support business growth initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and asset value
- Lead and mentor a team to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in finance, asset management, or related fields, preferably within film, media, or entertainment industries
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and asset performance management
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience
