Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects. The role demands a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models
- Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities
- Analyze project and portfolio performance including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees
- Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects
- Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance
- Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
- Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
