Role summary
The Senior Manager – Delivery assumes full accountability for end-to-end delivery of hospitality residential projects, providing clear direction to delivery partners, construction supervision consultants, contractors, and suppliers. This role manages the complete delivery lifecycle of large-scale hospitality developments, including ultra-luxury, luxury, and mid-scale hotels delivered through multiple construction contracts, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while achieving highest standards of quality, brand compliance, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives, development requirements, and approved execution strategies
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental entities, contractors, and operators
- Coordinate across design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operator teams to support smooth execution and timely resolution of project issues
- Identify risks, issues, and delays early and implement corrective actions to maintain project outcomes
- Support development and implementation of delivery plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with senior delivery leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent and safety standards
- Ensure successful project close-out, commissioning, and handover to operations teams
- Assist in managing contractor claims and contractual issues in coordination with senior management and commercial functions
- Coordinate project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, snagging, and readiness for handover to operations
- Support integration of pre-opening activities with operators to ensure readiness for launch, including coordination of soft opening preparations and operational requirements
- Prepare regular project progress reports and updates for internal stakeholders and senior delivery management
- Continuously review and improve project management methodologies and processes in line with best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or project delivery, preferably with exposure to large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, or complex building projects
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams, including consultants, contractors, and client-side delivery teams
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and quality management processes
- Good communication and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders at project level
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, project management standards, and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Promote high-performance, collaborative delivery culture aligned with Qiddiya's values, safety commitments, and long-term vision
- Provide guidance to direct reports
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or project delivery
