Role summary
Senior Manager responsible for overseeing budget management, cost control, and comprehensive reporting for major transport infrastructure projects. The role requires strong expertise in various reporting and forecasting systems including Power BI, PRISM or similar tools. Ensures financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and detailed reporting to support strategic decision-making and project success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Engineering, Legal or related field
- 10 to 15 years' commercial construction delivery experience
- Experience ideally spans Contractor and Consultancy roles and program-wide positions
- Working with large commercial teams across multiple projects
- Major program experience managing multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and stakeholders
- Previous KSA or Middle East experience preferred
- Experience leading Commercial Management of Major Projects in highly regulated, complex, matrixed environments
- Full project life-cycle involvement from Bidding through Final Account
- Subject matter expert in contracts, claims, and arbitration
- Experience supporting teams through business changes and responding to evolving requirements
- Ability to provide strategic support and guidance for commercial and contract administration teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to various audiences
- Capability to influence at senior levels
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software such as Prism, SAP, or similar systems
- Leadership skills to inspire large, diverse teams and deliver results
- Ability to lead the commercial function's direction and endorse or oppose practices as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in program-wide commercial construction delivery
- Experience working with large commercial teams across multiple projects
- Previous KSA or Middle East experience preferred
- Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors qualification preferred
- Contractor and Consultancy delivery experience preferred
Education
