Role summary
Senior member of the Design Excellence department within the Corporate Development Unit. Responsible for implementing and maintaining design governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all Qiddiya projects. Acts as custodian of design principles, ensuring alignment of designs with Qiddiya objectives and unique identity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and counterparts across business units to monitor adherence to established governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organization-wide processes for reviewing and monitoring project adherence to Board-approved CGIs and imagery, including concept and interior designs
- Create, update, and maintain centralized repository of dated Board-approved CGIs for reference and compliance tracking
- Conduct systematic audits and coordinate with Design Excellence teams across business units to ensure compliance with approved designs and identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with design, project management, and other governance teams to embed design standards and resolve compliance issues
- Prepare reports on compliance status, audit findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement in design governance
- Define clear workflows for design governance reviews, approvals, and escalation procedures
- Coordinate with Design Excellence teams across business units to identify discrepancies and enforce corrective actions
- Develop compliance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility
- Utilize advanced digital tools such as Excel and Power BI to analyze datasets and create visual dashboards supporting data-driven decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior team members in project coordination, document preparation, and analytical tasks contributing to team development
