Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a strategic and analytical professional to lead development initiatives through expertise in financial analysis and project evaluation. You will oversee comprehensive financial assessments for various development projects, managing a skilled team to ensure investment value and financial viability.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage financial analysis and planning for all development projects, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess financial viability of proposed initiatives
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather necessary data for effective financial planning and analysis
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management supporting strategic decision-making
- Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigating solutions
- Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills adept at engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel capabilities
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 12-16 years of experience in financial analysis, particularly within development or real estate sectors
