Role summary
Qiddiya seeks an Investment Management professional to join our team in a pivotal role evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investments, originate deals, and structure transactions. Apply your expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build our investment framework and manage financial performance of real estate investments.
Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and perform rigorous analysis

- Collaborate with external stakeholders including banks, consultants, and legal advisors
- Understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms
Qualifications
- Strong background in investment management and financial modelling
- Experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and private equity
- Ability to understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management essential
- 5+ years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory
- Experience in M&A modelling and deal structuring, focus on real estate
- Experience from boutique investment banks or large real estate funds
- Prior exposure to GCC region highly desirable
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance
- Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and trends
- Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience
5+ years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory, preferably in real estate or private equity
