Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a proactive and innovative Associate Director to lead City IT Business Relationship Management efforts in aligning technology with business requirements within the City Development department. This strategic role ensures IT solutions effectively support business goals and enhance operational capabilities of city planning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between IT department and business units in City Development sector, advocating for business needs in IT strategy
- Identify and analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations supporting operational excellence
- Lead and manage business analysis teams through project lifecycles while ensuring delivery meets timelines and quality standards
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather inputs, refine business requirements and set project priorities
- Develop and maintain business process documentation ensuring alignment with technological solutions
- Monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones while providing regular updates to senior management
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry best practices enhancing city IT operations and contributing to Qiddiya's vision
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success collaborating with senior executives and cross-disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities
- Capability to work autonomously, think strategically, and offer innovative solutions
- Skilled in development of Business Requirements Documents and business cases
- Familiarity with demand or portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar
- Outstanding facilitation and analytical capabilities
- Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
Experience
10 or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, demand management, business relationship management, or IT consulting
