Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a visionary, results-driven Senior Director to lead entertainment asset strategy, ensuring memorable and engaging experiences for visitors.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in developing and executing the comprehensive entertainment asset class strategy to achieve portfolio and asset ambition, vision and objectives
- Oversee design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets
- Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts for integration into Qiddiya City's entertainment asset portfolio; understand value proposition, prepare feasibility assessments and high-level implementation roadmap
- Manage contracted vendors, IP licensors and other third parties to ensure deliverables align with project vision, offering and relevant briefs (strategy and/or development)
- Develop initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning) and provide implementation support to other functions across Qiddiya
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials required for approvals; Qiddiya Stage governance framework, Senior Management and Board of Directors
- Work closely with Qiddiya Entertainment Business Unit and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and overall alignment with Senior Management and Board directives
- Establish and monitor key project KPIs covering development, business, financial and operational plans to ensure alignment with project vision
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, hiring plans, strategic and implementation plans relevant to Entertainment strategy function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in entertainment strategy, asset management or related domains
