Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager for Infrastructure Projects. Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating activities for successful project delivery
- Manage and mentor construction teams, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop construction schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timeline adherence
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers for effective communication and alignment
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges, and implemented solutions to senior management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external partners
- Drive initiatives to enhance safety practices and ensure quality standards across construction activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Ten to twelve years relevant experience in construction management, particularly large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong understanding of construction best practices, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering practical solutions
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools for tracking project progress
- Experience in Middle East construction industry highly advantageous
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience
