Role summary
This role is instrumental in advancing the Company's commitment to local content integration, supplier development, and compliance with government policies. The manager supports strategies that enhance local content across Qiddiya projects in alignment with PIF and national objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support development and deployment of strategies to enhance local content across Qiddiya projects in alignment with PIF and national objectives
- Monitor and interpret local content regulations and government mandates to ensure full compliance
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and analysis related to local content performance and impact
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including procurement and supply chain teams to embed local content targets into operational processes
- Assist in design and execution of programs that build capacity and capabilities within local supplier bases
- Establish and maintain relationships with local suppliers, government agencies, and other relevant bodies to foster supplier growth and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for audits and ensure adherence to local content policies
- Serve as liaison to external stakeholders including government officials and regulatory bodies
- Provide guidance and training to relevant teams on local content requirements and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA or Master's in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous
- Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset
- Prior experience working within the Saudi Arabian business environment is highly desirable

- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development, ideally within large-scale projects such as construction, infrastructure, or urban development
