Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company announces an opening for Manager - Operational Readiness. In this critical role, you will ensure all operational aspects of our ambitious projects are ready for successful implementation. This includes strategizing, planning, and executing operational readiness initiatives aligned with our goal of delivering world-class entertainment and leisure experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive operational readiness plans for new and existing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Collaborate with different departments including project management, design, and HR to ensure all operational requirements are met before launch
- Conduct detailed assessments of operational readiness, identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery
- Design, implement, and oversee staff training programs to equip teams with skills required for operational excellence
- Create and monitor key performance indicators to assess operational effectiveness and readiness, providing regular updates to senior management
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project rollouts
- Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to ensure high standards of guest experience are met and exceeded
Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness roles
