Role summary
Serve as the strategic coordination and project management focal point for the Film Studio asset, enabling the General Manager to maintain a single, decision-ready view of executive priorities, strategic initiatives, risks, milestones, and cross-functional actions. Responsible for establishing disciplined PMO routines, coordinating leadership requests, tracking implementation progress, and ensuring high-quality reporting and decision support across activation and steady-state operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end oversight of strategic initiatives, executive priorities, and cross-functional projects across the Film Studio asset
- Manage the General Manager's strategic agenda, leadership priorities, action trackers, decision logs, and executive follow-ups
- Establish PMO governance routines, project reporting standards, milestone tracking, and escalation mechanisms
- Track project risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and corrective actions across operational, commercial, financial, and corporate workstreams
- Act as the primary coordination interface between the General Manager, functional teams, shared service stakeholders, consultants, and external parties
- Coordinate strategic requests from senior leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses, ownership assignment, and progress visibility
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, briefing notes, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership review
- Support strategic planning, business transformation, activation readiness, and operating model implementation initiatives
- Review and challenge outputs from teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure they are structured, accurate, and decision-ready
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, governance forums, and performance review routines
- Monitor implementation progress against approved plans, budgets, timelines, and priority outcomes
- Identify bottlenecks, unresolved dependencies, and emerging risks requiring leadership intervention
- Maintain centralized records of key initiatives, actions, approvals, and management decisions
- Support preparation for board, committee, steering, and executive update meetings where required
- Drive continuous improvement in planning discipline, reporting quality, and cross-functional execution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes and senior stakeholder interactions
- Experience working with executive leadership, C-suite stakeholders, or senior government and corporate interfaces preferred

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related field. MBA, Master's degree, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience
7–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, PMO, project management, transformation, management consulting, or executive office roles.
