Role summary
Lead cross-functional teams ensuring successful planning and execution of security projects from concept to completion. Demonstrate robust understanding of real estate development processes and deliver innovative solutions aligned with Qiddiya's vision. Possess end-to-end experience developing security assets in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security development projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya Investment Company's overall vision and strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including operators, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental standards throughout the development process
- Monitor project progress and budget, implement effective risk management strategies and cost management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including community leaders, investors, and partners
- Mentor and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board of directors
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development
- Coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process, ensuring projects are constructed in accordance with the approved design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded
