Role summary
The Agency Training Senior Manager serves as the primary training lead and brand ambassador for Qiddiya's external broker partner network. This role plays a critical part in enabling successful market entry for the real estate portfolio. The role ensures all broker partners possess deep, accurate, and current knowledge of Qiddiya's developments, districts, and value proposition, along with the sales and leasing systems, processes, and operational standards required to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive broker training strategy aligned with Qiddiya's go-to-market roadmap across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes, covering all customer segments from luxury to affordable
- Position Qiddiya's broker training program as a best-in-class enablement experience that builds brand credibility, broker confidence, and market readiness
- Collaborate with Business Unit sales and leasing leadership to identify training priorities based on upcoming project launches, market conditions, and broker engagement strategy
- Stay abreast of KSA real estate market trends, regulatory developments including REGA, Wafi, Ejar, SAMA, FAL, and industry best practices to ensure training content remains current, relevant, and compliant
- Define and track training effectiveness metrics, including broker readiness scores, assessment outcomes, training volume, engagement levels, training NPS, and post-training conversion trends, to continuously improve program quality and demonstrate business impact
- Deliver high-impact, instructor-led training sessions, workshops, broker onboarding programs, product launch enablement events, refresher sessions, and certification programs for external broker partners, both in-person and virtually
- Coach brokers and agency leaders to position Qiddiya consistently and credibly in market conversations, tailoring the product and project narrative by customer segment and equipping them with practical responses to common buyer and tenant pushbacks
- Develop and adapt Qiddiya-specific training content in collaboration with the Programs team, focusing on Qiddiya Product and Project Knowledge including Brand Storytelling, Sales and Leasing systems, processes, and operational standards, Regulatory and compliance excellence including ethical sales and leasing conduct standards, and Market intelligence and competitive context
- Facilitate large-scale training events for diverse broker audiences, including Saudi-based brokers, GCC-based agencies, and international partners, adapting delivery style and content to audience profile and capability level
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements and flexibility to deliver training based on broker availability and go-to-market milestones
- Coordinate with the Digital Systems team to ensure broker learning journeys are effectively managed on the Qiddiya digital learning platform, supporting a blended learning model with both classroom and digital components available in Arabic and English
- Work with the Learner Experience team to design broker learning pathways, collect feedback, administer assessments, and implement improvements based on learner data and training evaluations
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and post-training assessments for both local and international broker audiences
- Deliver targeted coaching and microlearning interventions for underperforming brokers, and support performance recovery in line with program standards
- Conduct periodic awareness sessions and training for internal Sales and Leasing teams if required by the business
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, and assessment results to support reporting on training volume, broker readiness, and overall program effectiveness
- Act as the primary face of Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab
Qualifications
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with high-impact delivery style
- Familiarity with KSA regulatory frameworks including REGA, Wafi, Ejar, and SAMA
- Deep understanding of real estate sales and leasing operations
- Commercial mindset with ability to link training to business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Strong instructional design awareness, with ability to translate complex product, process, and regulatory information into practical broker learning experiences
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual training to diverse local, GCC, and international audiences
- Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English
