Role summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced manager to lead implementation and development of digital twin technologies across its projects. You will leverage digital twin methodologies to enhance operational efficiencies, improve decision-making, and drive innovation throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring timely delivery of strategy, roadmap, and MVP
- Act as primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors for project alignment
- Develop and oversee Digital Twin strategy integrated with existing digital infrastructure: BIM, GIS, IoT, Unified Data Platform
- Manage MVP implementation to validate selected use cases and demonstrate Digital Twin value
- Create roadmap for scaling Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya with new use cases
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits for insights and objective alignment
- Oversee vendor relationships with cybersecurity and data governance compliance
- Manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, build business cases for ROI demonstration
- Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives through roles and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 6 years' experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields
- Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale technology projects involving Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, or IoT
- Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience
6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields
