Role summary
The Business Relationship Manager is the IT liaison for each department in an organization. Understands all business processes and provides technical guidance to ensure maximum return on investment for IT business strategy requirements.

- Direct IT strategy in support of overall business strategy
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization
- Represent technology teams in executive meetings
- Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in stakeholder management/engagement, business development, or software engineering
- Extensive working and proven experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Work with internal teams, clients, partners, and community members
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams
