Role summary

Responsibilities
- Develop strategic operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya's vision for successful project execution
- Facilitate collaboration among departments to embed operational requirements seamlessly into project lifecycles
- Conduct operational readiness assessments to identify readiness levels and potential risks before implementation
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to prepare employees for newly launched projects
- Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators, delivering regular reports to senior management
- Lead risk management initiatives to address operational challenges and ensure contingency protocols are in place
- Enhance guest experience by ensuring operational readiness processes meet and exceed customer expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operational management or readiness
- Experience preferably in entertainment or large-scale project sectors
- At least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong track record of developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills capable of making data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders effectively
- Experience executing training and readiness programs for diverse workforces
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Master's degree is an advantage
- Familiarity with cultural landscape and regulatory environment of Saudi Arabia is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in operational management or readiness, preferably in entertainment or large-scale project sectors, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
