Role summary
Lead signage and wayfinding efforts across complex planning and delivery programs, helping create clear, cohesive navigation experiences that support broader city-making objectives. Work across internal teams and external partners to guide design intent through multiple project phases and into successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review signage and wayfinding strategies and design packages across all masterplanning phases, from pre-concept through detailed masterplanning
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts, business units, and external stakeholders to align signage concepts with broader city objectives
- Drive the progression of signage typologies from pre-concept and concept through schematic and detailed design into IFT, IFC, and delivery stages
- Review signage BOQs, message schedules, and location plans in coordination with related public realm disciplines
- Manage production review activities, including samples and mockups, assessing materiality, fabrication typologies, and cost considerations
- Oversee signage and wayfinding contractors through delivery to ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, site coordination, and adherence to installation schedules and program deadlines
- Ensure as-built documentation and O&M procedures are completed to support smooth handover and ongoing maintenance of signage elements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, graphic design, urban planning, or related field
- 10+ years of experience leading signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics on complex developments
- Strong experience across masterplanning, schematic design, IFC, and delivery stages
- Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams
- Knowledge of signage BOQs and message schedules
Requirements
- Knowledge of signage fabrication methods is a plus
- Experience with installation QA/QC for signage delivery is a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree in architecture, graphic design, urban planning, or related field
