Role summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Asset Senior Supervisor for our dynamic team. This role combines leadership in reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance planning to ensure optimal performance of critical assets and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability and asset management strategies to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency
- Lead and supervise a maintenance technician team, providing guidance on technical matters and fostering professional growth
- Coordinate with technical teams and operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance activities
- Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Utilize root cause analysis processes to review significant failures and implement corrective actions
- Manage and optimize Computerized Maintenance Management System use for effective maintenance planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators for asset performance, maintenance, and replacement
- Provide technical expertise in field application of precision maintenance techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance planning, or related roles in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability-centered maintenance principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement practical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
