Role summary
Assist Logistics and Sales Support department in day-to-day activities. Collaborate with transporters, clearing agents, Accounts Team, Warehouse Team and other services required for logistics operations. Process purchase order cycle and order fulfillment. Ensure all required documents submitted to accounts and uploaded in shared folder within stipulated deadline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure timely delivery of materials
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to manage supply chain effectively
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation of goods
- Update and maintain inventory records
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
