Role summary
The Field Specialist - Thru Tubing oversees and executes thru tubing operations on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of well intervention and remediation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and analysis of well conditions to determine appropriate thru tubing operations
- Plan and coordinate thru tubing activities, including tool selection, equipment preparation, and job execution
- Operate and maintain specialized thru tubing tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during thru tubing operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience working in thru tubing operations, preferably in oil and gas industry
- Strong technical knowledge of thru tubing tools and equipment

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with frequent travel to field locations
Education
