Role summary
Maintain and enforce project management governance, monitor and control transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Organizational Project Management Maturity through international best practices.
- Standardize Organizational Project Management Processes and Templates.
- Enforce continuous Improvements of Project Management Standards.
- Ensure all changes are managed via an approved process.
- Promote formal project planning with approved Project Management Plans.
- Oversee Riyad Bank projects execution.
- Provide management support and guidance to programme managers and project leaders.
- Manage change and issue control processes.
- Analyse risks and prepare contingency plans.
- Ensure realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained.
- Track all activities against the plan.
- Provide regular, accurate updates to senior management.
- Set regular checks for independent Implementation Portfolio review.
- Monitor progress to ensure programs/projects objectives are delivered.
- Ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Ensure business results are realized.
- Prepare regular feedback on process adherence levels.
- Follow-up closely with Project Managers on execution and performance.
- Act as custodian of Projects/Program/CRs management methodology.
- Ensure governance and standards creation and enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with Bank's policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all projects/programs.
- Conduct regular checks that Risk and Issue Management occurs.
- Conduct regular checks for approved standard reporting format.
- Ensure projects behind schedule and budget are reviewed.
- Ensure lessons learned are stored and improvements made.
- Monitor automation and archiving tools process and content.
- Build and maintain Enterprise Project Management Tools.
- Comply with safety, quality and environmental management policies.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Management, MIS, or Project Management.
