Role summary
Lead a Change Request from initiation to closure and deliver it per agreed scope and time and cost constraints. Follow Riyadh Bank Project Management Methodology ensuring full alignment with business owner and ePMO.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CR planning and prioritization with business unit champion and align on target delivery date
- Ensure business compliance with CR guidelines including effort threshold and system impact limits
- Lead end-to-end execution of the CR
- Ensure CR deliverables and milestones are met within budget and timeframe
- Resolve roadblocks and raise escalations when needed
- Develop content materials and conduct relevant Steering Committee meetings
- Prioritize activities and efforts between different team members
- Create Portfolio Level CR Plan to track all delivered CRs
- Support portfolio lead and Business champion in quarterly CR planning
- Participate in problem investigation to discover root causes and implement remedial actions
- Define communication strategy appropriate for CR complexity and organizational constraints
- Oversee CRs through continuous follow-up with ePMO ensuring accurate reporting
- Ensure CR compliance with approved project management standards by ePMO
- Ensure all changes are managed via approved process without unapproved implementation
- Promote formal CR planning with approved Plans
- Ensure CR records are up to date with ePMO fully informed
- Create weekly dashboards for managed portfolio CRs based on ePMO request
- Develop yearly forecast on expected CR numbers and budget requirements
- Monitor process and content in automation and archiving tools
- Build and maintain Enterprise Project Management Tools for Project Managers
- Ensure compliance to all safety, quality and environmental management policies
- Undertake any other related duties as directed by the Bank
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Management, Project Management, or MIS
- PMP or Prince2 Certified
