Role summary
Lead the Centralized Demand Management function by establishing required standards, supervising and monitoring all demand types directed to Business Technology, and delivering reports to support management decision making.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of bank demand requests with Strategy
- Ensure all demand types have proper definition of business cases
- Monitor realization of benefits after delivery
- Develop standardized policies, processes, and templates for demand management
- Ensure fair distribution of Business Technology capacity across all divisions and demand types
- Enforce continuous improvements of the standards
- Work closely with Business Technology on planning business demand
- Ensure availability of proper reports to management for better decision making
- Work closely with business and Business Technology to solve issues related to planning and prioritization
- Represent the function and actively contribute in various committees and meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all staff have clear objectives and relevant KPIs, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on development of Saudi nationals
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Management, MIS, or IT
- 8-10 years of experience in IT, Demand, and Project Management
