Role summary
Ensure products are fully available and visible at point of purchase according to planogram and customer contracts.
Responsibilities
- Replenish shelves, coolers, freezers and displays according to established guidelines
- Ensure outlets have sufficient stock of relevant SKUs to maintain all designated display areas
- Present products excellently according to merchandising policy and planogram requirements
- Follow company policy regarding date codes and management of aging products
- Implement product rotation to prevent product expiry issues
- Ensure products nearing expiry are positioned at front of shelves
- Use Merchandising App diligently to track store performance and inventories
- Take pictures of executed shelves and displays per company requirements
- Position point of sale material in all appropriate locations
- Remove and replace old or damaged point of sale materials
- Ensure current correct price is displayed for all products at all times
- Keep all company assets such as racks, stands, chillers and freezers clean
- Repair or replace company assets when needed
- Report competitor activity to line manager or Team Leader
- Gather information about competitor prices, new products and promotions
- Support customers and resolve customer concerns
- Provide information about stock levels and resolve technical issues
- Maintain personal appearance according to company standards
- Ensure vehicle is clean inside and outside
- Ensure delivered products are in excellent condition and undamaged
- Adhere to specified visit frequency journey plan
- Represent SADAFCO professionally at all times
